What are your hours?

We're open 7 days a week, 6am to 10pm. Last wash is at 8:30pm.

Is there someone there to help?

Yes. We're fully attended every hour we're open.

Is there parking?

Yes. We have a customer parking lot at the store.

Is there somewhere to wait while my laundry runs?

Yes. Our outdoor patio has counter-height tables and stools, and it's open to customers.

Do you offer wash and fold?

Yes. Drop-off wash & fold is $1.75 per pound with a $20 minimum per machine. Learn more.

How long does wash and fold take?

Most orders are ready in about 4 hours, and typically never more than 8 hours when the store is busy. We call you when your order is ready, and we never charge extra for speed.

Is my laundry washed with anyone else's?

Never. Every wash & fold order is washed on its own.

Can you wash my lights and darks separately?

Yes. Each machine has a $20 minimum, so separating lights and darks into two machines makes the minimum $40. If everything can go together, we'll wash it in one load.

What water temperature do you use? Do you use bleach?

We wash in cold water by default so colors don't bleed. If you want your whites washed hot or bleached, just tell us. We don't use bleach unless you ask.

What detergent do you use?

We use All Free Clear (original): 100% free of perfumes and dyes, and the #1 brand recommended by dermatologists, allergists, and pediatricians for sensitive skin. Want a different soap? Just ask what else we have.

Do you take comforters and bedding?

Yes, at the same $1.75/lb rate. You can also wash them yourself in our 80 lb washers ($10.50) and 75 lb dryers.

Do you do laundry for businesses?

Yes. We wash towels, linens, and uniforms for Airbnb hosts, salons, gyms, and other businesses. Commercial laundry.

How do I pay?

For wash & fold, we accept cash and credit cards, and we prefer payment at drop-off. Self-service machines take quarters or the Speed Queen app (location code 820820).
